How to pick up bagels.

Day-of orders:
If you did not order ahead, options might be limited. Our Instagram and Facebook stories should have up-to-date information. If ordering is unavailable, we may be sold out or pausing to check what we have left.
Before you arrive:
Please inform us of any allergies in the special request box in your online order (see list of allergens). Please note the time on your order, found next to the “Due:” on your email confirmation. Showing up before this time means your order may not be ready yet.
Curbside pickup:
Please park on West Street, and text us at (617) 333-8233. In the text, include your name or order # and the car you’re in. We can leave your bagels in the trunk or back seat etc. if you’d prefer, just let us know! Please do not block the crosswalk or our neighbors’ driveways. You are welcome to block our driveway during open hours. Please pull down West if there are no spots available next to the shop - we do not mind walking and the corner gets very busy.
Walkups:
Ordering ahead is generally better, but if you want to order in person, you can now do that now right inside the shop. It may take a bit of time to get you your order. Thank you!
We reserve the right to decline service to anyone violating our COVID-19 policies. If you have any kind of symptoms / a household member with symptoms, please do not come to pick up your bagels. Send us a note, we can make arrangements. We are taking all of the COVID-19 health and safety guidelines seriously and ask that our customers do as well.
