Medford residents Lindsey Gaudet + Ed Thill opened Goldilox in September 2019. It’s been wild.
We opened the shop wanting to serve fresh bagels to Medford and its neighboring communities. Our team works hard preparing awesome bagels and making sure our guests have a welcoming and safe experience while picking up every weekend. We truly love how we’ve become a staple of so many Great Breakfasts around here ❤️
